Attention. We are an online shop only and have no visitor address.
Address for pick-ups: Elsendonkstraat 97, 2560 Nijlen --> by appointment only.
For questions specifically about your order, we try to answer them within 48 hours ( during weekdays).
For specific issues such as help with choice of food, toys,... Our answers are often a bit more extensive so a response usually takes a 5-15 working days.
Our reply may end up in your spam or advertising box. Please be sure to check these if you expect a reply back from us.

As we are often very busy and try to organise everything as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you only contact us via our contact form. This helps us to process enquiries more smoothly and in a structured manner.
We have deliberately chosen not to post a phone number online and therefore cannot be reached by phone. We made this decision because we like to have some free time besides running the webshop. In the past, we regularly received phone calls outside working hours and on weekends, which forced us to make this choice.
