Packages are sent via Bpost or DPD. You can choose from 3 shipping options.
Please only indicate home delivery at the moment. Unless you are sure that the Parcel shop is open. Please provide a piece of paper at the front door with signature and track and trace number. This way the delivery person can leave the package at the front door or you can also provide a safe place. Not everyone is currently offering delivery to neighbours. Not all couriers still ring the bell.
In case the package can not be delivered, it will be sent back. We will charge the costs for the return to the customer. So you can really help just by putting a piece of paper at the front door!

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours during working days, unless stated otherwise with the product.
Orders placed on Thursday after 7 pm and on Friday will be shipped on Sunday or Monday.
If the articles are not satisfactory after delivery, you must report this within 14 days after delivery via [email protected]
With as subject return + receipt number.
You will receive an email from us within 48 hours with the return instructions.
Please note ! The items must be returned within 14 days after receipt in the original undamaged packaging, including all accessories and any filling material. All returns are at your own risk. Return costs are borne by the customer.
If we receive the items in good condition, we will send you a new product or you will receive your payment (excluding shipping costs) within 7 working days. Unless we notice that the product has been used in such a way that it is no longer in “store condition”, you may get less money back for your article.
Damage or breakage
In case of damage or breakage during delivery, this must be reported within 48 hours. If you notice during delivery that there is already damage, please report this to the delivery person so he/she can make a note of this.
You can report damage via [email protected] with the subject “damage + receipt number”.
There should also be accurate photos included in this email.
1. At least 1 clear photo of the damage
2. A clear photo of the package, on which you can clearly see the label
3. The contents of the package with the filling material (if any)
Reports of damage that are sent 48 hours after delivery, will no longer be processed.
If the damage is clear and all conditions are met, we will send you a new product as soon as possible. You must return the damaged product together with the packaging + packaging material in which it was delivered.
Under no circumstances can damage or breakage give rise to compensation in any form whatsoever.
