SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

 

SHIPMENTS WITHIN BELGIUM 

Parcels are shipped via DPD. There are 2 shipping options to choose from.

  1. Home delivery: Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to weight or a volume equivalent. You can find these once you have entered your address details. Home deliveries are handled by Dpd. Attention: If you are not present when your parcel is offered, it will still be delivered to a Parcelshop. Therefore, make sure you activate your drop-off consent in DPD's app.
  2. Parcel Shop DPD: Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to weight or a volume equivalent. Parcels for Parcel Shop delivery can weigh no more than 20 kg (or have a volume equivalent). If you cannot select the Parcel Shop option, this means that your parcel is too large or too heavy. Collection point. If you choose pick-up point delivery, you have 7 days to collect your parcel. From day 8 it will be returned automatically if not collected. Return costs are always charged to the customer (they are equal to the shipping cost), as well as the cost of any resending.


Collection at 2560 Nijlen (BE) or 2370 Arendonk is also possible.

You can indicate this option when completing your order. When it is ready, we will send you a text message.

  1. Home delivery: Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to weight or a volume equivalent. You can find these once you have entered your address details.   2. Parcel Shop DPD: Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to weight or a volume equivalent. Parcels for Parcel Shop delivery can weigh no more than 20 kg (or have a volume equivalent). If you cannot select the Parcel Shop option, this means that your parcel is too large or too heavy. WE SHIP ALL OVER EUROPE AND NORTH-AMERICA.

For the following countries, the shipping costs are already fixed when finalising your order.

Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United States of America.

DELIVERY PERIOD 

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days during working days, unless stated otherwise with the product.

 

 

RETURNS AND DAMAGES 

Returns

If the articles are not satisfactory after delivery, you must report this within 14 days after delivery via [email protected]

With as subject return + receipt number.

You will receive an email from us within 48 hours with the return instructions.

Please note ! The items must be returned within 14 days after receipt in the original undamaged packaging, including all accessories and any filling material.  All returns are at your own risk. Return costs are borne by the customer.

If we receive the items in good condition, we will send you a new product or you will receive your payment (excluding shipping costs) within 7 working days. Unless we notice that the product has been used in such a way that it is no longer in “store condition”, you may get less money back for your article.

Damage or breakage

In case of damage or breakage during delivery, this must be reported within 48 hours. If you notice during delivery that there is already damage, please report this to the delivery person so he/she can make a note of this.
You can report damage via [email protected]
 with the subject “damage + receipt number”.

There should also be accurate photos included in this email.

1. At least 1 clear photo of the damage

2. A clear photo of the package, on which you can clearly see the label

3. The contents of the package with the  filling material (if any)

Reports of damage that are sent 48 hours after delivery, will no longer be processed.

If the damage is clear and all conditions are met, we will send you a new product as soon as possible. You must return the damaged product together with the packaging + packaging material in which it was delivered. 

Under no circumstances can damage or breakage give rise to compensation in any form whatsoever.
